三防整理剂和易去污整理剂在芳纶织物上的应用

摘　　要：采用三防整理剂和易去污整理剂对芳纶织物进行防污易去污整理,探讨了助剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间、带液率等因素对防污性能和易去污性能的影响,以及对整理后芳纶织物阻燃性能的影响。防污易去污整理的优化工艺为:三防整理剂9033用量100 g/L,易去污整理剂DH-3025用量80 g/L,交联剂DM-3918用量15 g/L,二浸二轧(带液率70%~80%),烘干,180℃焙烘50~60 s。在此工艺条件下,芳纶织物在获得防污易去污功能的同时,整理不会影响其力学性能与阻燃性能,还能赋予芳纶织物新的功能,有利于拓宽其应用领域。The anti fouling and easy decontamination finishing of aramid fabric was carried out using three prevention and easy decontamination finishing agents.The effects of factors such as additive dosage,baking temperature,baking time,and liquid content on anti fouling and easy decontamination properties were discussed,as well as the impact of finishing on the flame retardancy of aramid fabrics.The process of anti fouling and easy decontamination finishing was to use 100 g/L of three prevention finishing agent 9033,80 g/L of easy decontamination finishing agent DH-3025,15 g/L of crosslinking agent DM-3918,two soaking and two rolling(with liquid content of 70%-80%),drying,and baked at 180℃for 50-60 s.Under this process con-ditions,while the aramid fabric achieved the function of anti fouling and easy decontamination,its finishing would not affect the mechanical and flame retardant properties of aramid fabric,endowing them with new functions and facilitating the expansion of their application fields.
