摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)结合面积归一化法测定脂肪烷基三甲基氯化铵平均相对分子质量的方法。采用氰基色谱柱,以V(乙腈)∶V(0.1%三氟乙酸溶液)=60∶40为流动相,对脂肪烷基三甲基氯化铵进行色谱分离,并用蒸发光散射检测器进行测定,依据碳链分布,采用面积归一化法对样品的平均相对分子质量进行计算,同时采用QB/T 1914—2013规定的气相色谱法对样品进行测定。对两种测定方法的测定结果采用F检验结合t检验进行统计分析,结果表明HPLC-ELSD测定方法与气相色谱法测定结果无显著性差异。A method for determining the average relative molecular mass of fatty alkyl trimethyl ammoni-um chloride by high performance liquid chromatography equipped by evaporative light scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD)combined with area normalization was established.The aliphatic alkyl trimethyl ammonium chlo-ride was chromatographically separated with cyano chromatographic column,using V(acetonitrile)∶V(0.1%triflu-oroacetic acid solution)=60∶40 as the mobile phase,and determined with evaporative light scattering detector.According to the carbon chain distribution,the average relative molecular weight of the sample was calculated by area normalization method.At the same time,the gas chromatography method specified in QB/T 1914—2013 was used to determine the samples,and the determination results of the two determination methods were statistically analyzed by F test combined with t test,and the results showed that there was no signifi-cant difference between the two methods.
