摘 要:论文建立雷达天线座结构有限元模型,进行模态仿真计算,并与扫频试验结果对比,发现两者前8阶模态频率与振型基本一致,最大误差为15.8%,其中一阶模态频率为18.99Hz,满足伺服控制带宽要求,结构不会产生自振。根据炮振试验各测点加速度响应,发现雷达天线座各轴向振动传递率均从底部向顶部逐级递减,天线阵面受到的振动载荷最弱。且各轴向振动传递率峰值主要出现在600Hz以内,并与共振频率点位置对应,说明高频载荷对于雷达天线座的影响较小。In this paper,the finite element model of the radar antenna base structure is established and the modal simulation calculation is carried out to compare with the frequency sweep test results.It is found that the first 8-order modal frequencies of the two are basically the same as the mode shapes,and the maximum error is 15.8%.The first-order modal frequency is 18.99Hz,which meets the bandwidth requirements of servo control.Therefore,the structure will not generate self-vibration.According to the acceleration response of each measuring point in the shelling vibration test,it is found that the vibration transmissibility of each axi⁃al direction of the radar antenna base decreases step by step from the bottom to the top,and the vibration load on the antenna array is the weakest.The peak value of each axial vibration transmissibility mainly occurs within 600Hz,which corresponds to the posi⁃tion of the resonance frequency point,indicating that the high-frequency load has little influence on the radar antenna base.
