摘　　要：医学图像和相关信息通常遵循DICOM(Digital Imageing and Communication Medicine)国际标准。DICOM文件不仅包含了图像本身的信息,同时还包含了大量有用的医疗相关信息。如何通过编程快速读取和显示DICOM格式图像和相关信息,对于临床诊断和进一步的图像处理和可视化研究具有重要的意义。论文首先介绍了DICOM文件的格式,然后列出了当前主流医学图像处理的软件和平台(Matlab、Python、VTK、ITK)提供的DICOM文件的读取和显示方法。最后对比各个平台的优缺点,使医学图像处理研究者可以高效地利用这些平台进行项目的开发。Medical images and related information usually follow the DICOM(Digital Imageing and Communication Medicine)international standard.The DICOM file not only contains the information of the image itself,but also contains a lot of useful medical-related information.How to read and display DICOM format images and related information through programming is of great significance for further image processing and image visualization research.This article first introduces the format of DICOM files,and then lists the current mainstream medical image processing software and platforms(Matlab,Python,VTK,ITK)that provide methods for reading and displaying DICOM files.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of each platform are compared,so that medical image processing researchers can efficiently use these platforms for project development.
