摘　　要：论文对HITS算法进行了改进,提出加权HITS算法,将HITS算法的论文Authority值、加权HITS算法的论文Authority值与论文被引次数进行对比,讨论了三种评价方法用于论文评价的区别与优缺点。所得结果表明,加权HITS算法可大大降低HITS算法的TKC(Tightly-Knit Community Effect)效应,加权HITS算法相比于HITS算法可以更加准确地评估学术论文质量;加权HITS算法因不仅考虑了论文被引次数,还考虑了被引论文质量,相比于论文被引次数指标可以更加全面地评价一篇论文的学术影响力。In this paper,the HITS algorithm is improved and the weighted HITS algorithm is proposed.The Authority value of the HITS algorithm and the Authority value of the weighted HITS algorithm are compared with the number of cited papers,and the differences,advantages and disadvantages of the three evaluation methods for paper evaluation are discussed.The results show that the weighted HITS algorithm greatly reduces the TKC(Tightly Knit Community Effect)Effect of the HITS algorithm,and the weighted HITS algorithm can evaluate the quality of academic papers more accurately than the HITS algorithm.The weighted HITS algorithm takes into account not only the number of citation but also the quality of the cited papers,so it can evaluate the academic influence of a paper more comprehensively than the number of citation indexes.
