摘  要:为了实现轨道车辆走行部零碳传感自供电技术,针对圆盘形压电双晶片结构进行发电特性建模及仿真研究,基于欧拉-伯努力理论与基尔霍夫定律,构建结构频率响应模型与输出功率模型,得到了结构几何参数与固有频率及输出功率之间的关系,并利用COMSOL软件建立仿真模型验证了模型的正确性。结果表明,圆盘形压电双晶片结构在前三阶处固有频率及输出功率理论值与仿真值偏差均在3%以内。In order to realize the zero-carbon sensing self-powered technology of the rail vehicle running part,the power generation characteristics modeling and simulation study of the disc-shaped piezoelectric bimorph structure are carried out,and the structure is constructed based on the Euler-Beuer Effort theory and Kirchhoff's law.The frequency response model and the output power model are used to obtain the relationship between the geometrical parameters of the structure,the natural frequency and the output power,and a simulation model is established using COMSOL software to verify the correctness of the model.The results show that the disc-shaped piezoelectric bimorph structure at the second and third orders of the natural frequency and the theoretical value of the output power and the deviation of the simulated value are all within 3%.
