摘 要:以聚酰胺层为选择性分离层的复合膜在海水淡化和水回用中得到了广泛研究。在多孔基膜和聚酰胺层之间构建中间层是克服传统复合膜在渗透性和选择性之间权衡效应(即“Trade-off”效应)的有效策略。有机材料和各维度的纳米材料都可形成稳定的中间层,通过改变反应表面的理化性质有效调控界面聚合过程。具有中间层结构的复合膜可以在保证高选择性的前提下显著减小聚酰胺层厚度,进而提升膜的渗透性。本文讨论了常见的中间层构建方法,通过归纳各类中间层材料的研究进展,系统分析了中间层影响界面聚合过程和聚酰胺层结构的机理,最后总结了中间层策略存在的关键问题并对其研究前景进行展望。Thin-film composite(TFC)membranes with polyamide layers as selective separation layers have been widely studied in desalination and water reuse.Constructing interlayer between porous substrate membrane and polyamide layer is an efficient strategy to overcome the trade-off effect between permeability and selectivity intypical TFC membrane.Both organic materials and nanomaterials can form stable interlayers,which can effectively regulate the interfacial polymerization process by changing the physicochemical properties of the reaction surface.Interlayer-based TFC membrane can significantly reduce the thickness of the polyamide layer to improve the permeability while ensuring high selectivity.In this paper,the common methods of interlayer construction are discussed,and the mechanisms of interlayer influencing interfacial polymerization process and polyamide layer structure are systematically analyzed by summarizing the research progress of various interlayer materials.Finally,this paper summarizes the challenges of the interlayer strategy and provides an outlook on the research prospects.
