摘  要:本工作通过湿法纺丝制备超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维,并结合水解缩合反应对UHMWPE纤维进行表面改性,研究了改性纤维化学结构、热稳定性以及微观形貌的变化,系统探究了改性纤维抗蠕变性能与结构之间的变化关系。结果表明:改性后,纤维表面形成明显交联结构,纤维结晶度下降,热稳定性变化不大,表面分子链运动能力下降。相比于未改性UHMWPE纤维样品,改性纤维抗蠕变性能提升超过50%。本工作集UHMWPE纺丝工艺与表面改性于一体,显著提高了UHMWPE纤维的抗蠕变性能,并通过两种测试方法进行了验证,这为制备高抗蠕变UHMWPE纤维材料提供了方法。In this work,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)fibers were prepared by wet spinning,and the surface modification of UHMWPE fibers was applied by hydrolysis and condensation reaction.The chemical structure,thermal stability and micro-morphology of the modified fibers were studied,and the relationship between the creep resistance and structure was systematically explored.The results showed that the surface formed a cross-linked structure,the crystallinity of the fibers decreased,the thermal stability does not change much,and the mobility of the surface molecular chains decreased.Compared with the unmodified UHMWPE fiber,the creep resistance of modified fiber was improved by more than 50%.This work integrated UHMWPE spinning process and surface modification,which significantly improved the creep resistance of UHMWPE fibers.The property was verified by two test methods,which provided a method for the preparation of high creep-resistant UHMWPE fiber materials.
