摘 要:为研究湿帘系统添加微酸性电解水对鸡舍环境微生物及鸡群免疫功能的影响,试验选用7000只1日龄健康大恒799父母代肉母鸡,统一育雏至70日龄后随机分为试验组和对照组,每组3500只,转入两栋环境相同的全环控鸡舍单笼饲养,并于70日龄,各组分别免疫禽流感和新城疫疫苗。试验组鸡舍湿帘池注入有效氯浓度为30mg/L微酸性电解水使循环水有效氯浓度达到1mg/L,对照组鸡舍湿帘池只注入自来水,试验持续两周,检测鸡舍内空气、乳头饮水器和料槽中的菌落总数;检测鸡血清H5N1亚型禽流感病毒和新城疫病毒抗体效价以及血清总蛋白(TSP)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量。结果显示:与对照组相比,微酸性电解水注入湿帘循环系统后,鸡舍内空气和乳头饮水器中的菌落数显著降低(P<0.05),鸡血清H5N1亚型禽流感病毒和新城疫病毒抗体效价以及血清TSP、IgG和IL-4含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,湿帘系统添加微酸性电解水可改善鸡舍内环境质量,增强鸡群抗病能力,可作为夏季降温消毒相结合的新型消毒方法。In order to study the effect of adding slightly acidic electrolyzed water to cooling pad circulation water pool on en-vironmental microorganisms and immune function of chickens,7000 healthy 1-day-age parent stock broiler chickens(Daheng 799 strain)were selected.After uniform rearing until 70 days of age,the chickens were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 3500 chickens in each group.The chickens were transferred to two environmentally identical fully controlled chicken houses,which were individually housed in cages and vaccinated with avian influenza and Newcastle dis-ease vaccines at 70 days of age.In the experimental group house,the cooling pad circulation water pool was injected with weakly acidic electrolyzed water with an effective chlorine concentration of 30 mg/L to achieve a circulating water effective chlorine con-centration of 1 mg/L.In the control group house,the cooling pad circulation water pool was only injected with tap water.The ex-periment lasted for two weeks,the total colony counts in air,nipple drinkers and feed troughs in the chicken house were mea-sured.The serum antibody titers against H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus and Newcastle disease virus,as well as the levels of total serum protein(TSP),immunoglobulin G(IgG),Interleukin-4(IL-4),andγ-interferon(IFN-γ)were determined.The results showed that compared with the control group,the number of colonies in air and water drinking nipple in chicken house adding slightly acidic electrolyzed water to cooling pad circulation water pool decreased significantly(P<0.05),the serum antibody titers against H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus and Newcastle disease virus,and the serum contents of TSP,IgG and IL-4 in chick-ens were significantly higher(P<0.05).The results indicated that adding slightly acidic electrolyzed water to cooling pad circula-tion water pool could improve the environmental quality of chicken house and enhance the disease resistance of chicken flocks,which could be used as a new disinfection meth
