摘 要:研究针对体尺等表型测定中,家禽专用测定设备研发不足、采集效率低下及数据人为误差大等问题,研发家禽专用体尺、体重测定设备,并结合家禽育种软件集成了高效家禽表型测定系统。测定系统由硬件系统和软件系统组成,硬件系统包括身份识别设备、体尺测定设备、家禽育种秤及数据传输设备;软件系统为家禽育种信息智能化管理与分析软件。以传统测定方法为对照组、表型测定系统为试验组,对70日龄后备种鸡进行体重分组选育和体尺测定,开展表型测定系统的验证试验:参照传统测定方法的操作流程,为两组配备相同数量的测定人员,比较体重数据、体尺数据的采集效率。结果显示:与传统测定比,该系统不仅在体重分组与数据采集、体尺测定与数据采集上均分别耗时更少,还避免了传统测定中人工读数、记录和录入造成的数据误差。研究表明搭载了无线体尺测定设备和家禽育种秤的表型测定系统,明显提高了家禽体重选育效率、体尺测定效率及表型数据准确度。该系统为开展大群体表型测定、精准采集大量育种基础数据提供了可能,但系统设备还需进一步改进与整合,以提高其智能化水平。Aiming at the problems of insufficient research on poultry specialized measuring equipment,low collection effi-ciency and mass artificial data error in phenotypic measurement such as body size,the study developed poultry specialized mea-suring equipment for body size and body weight,which were integrated with a poultry breeding software into an efficient poultry phenotypic measurement system.The system consists of hardware system and software system.The hardware system includes 4 kinds of equipment,specifically identity identification,body size measurement,poultry weighing scale and data transmission.The poultry breeding software functions as the software system.With the traditional method as the control group,weight grouping and body size measurement were performed on 70-day-old reserve breeders to verify the effectiveness of the phenotypic measurement system.The two groups were equipped with the same number of measurement personnel to compare the collection efficiency of weight data and body size data respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the phenotypic measure-ment system not only took less time in weight grouping,weight data collection and body size data acquisition,but also avoided the data errors caused by manual reading,recording and inputing in the control group.The results showed that the phenotypic mea-surement system,which were equipped with the wireless body size measurement equipment and poultry weighing scale,signifi-cantly improved the efficiency of weight grouping and body size measuring and the accuracy of phenotype data.Although the sys-tem makes it possible to perform phenotyping in large groups and accurately collect a large number of basic breeding data,the equipment in the system still needs to be further improved and integrated to enhance its intelligence.
