摘 要:在电解提纯的过程中部分铜砷离子会溶于电解液中,影响电解提纯效果导致提纯难度增加,基于此研究铜电解液净化工艺中铜砷的高效分离与回收方法。方法:首先,以酸洗、铜电积、硫化氢处理、硝酸处理等步骤,设计铜砷的高效分离与回收方法,其次,使用滴定法参考GB11198.1-89标准测定了铜电解液的实际酸度;然后,使用ICP-AES法测定了溶液中的铜砷等金属元素,最后,使用红外光谱法进行分析,测定回收冷冻晶渣的元素含量百分比,从而完成铜电解液的铜砷高效分离与回收。实验结果表明,使用试验的铜电解液净化工艺中的铜砷的高效分离与回收方法进行分离与回收后,能有效降低铜电解液的铜砷含量及冷冻晶渣的铜砷百分比,满足铜砷的应用需求。During the process of electrolytic purification,some copper and arsenic ions will dissolve in the electrolyte,affecting the effectiveness of electrolytic purification and increasing the difficulty of purification.Based on this,an efficient separation and recovery method for copper and arsenic in the purification process of copper electrolyte is studied.Method:Firstly,an efficient separation and recovery method for copper and arsenic was designed through steps such as acid washing,copper electrowinning,hydrogen sulfide treatment,and nitric acid treatment.Secondly,the actual acidity of the copper electrolyte was determined using titration method referring to GB11198.1-89 standard;Then,the ICP-AES method was used to determine metal elements such as copper and arsenic in the solution.Finally,infrared spectroscopy was used for analysis to determine the percentage of element content in the recovered frozen crystal residue,thus achieving efficient separation and recovery of copper and arsenic in the copper electrolyte.The experimental results show that the efficient separation and recovery method of copper and arsenic in the purification process of copper electrolyte used in the experiment can effectively reduce the copper and arsenic content of copper electrolyte and the copper and arsenic percentage of frozen crystal slag,meeting the application requirements of copper and arsenic.
