摘 要:目前接触网典型金属件表面防腐技术各具优势的同时也各有弊端。本文主要对电弧喷涂超细片状锌铝涂层防腐新技术的保护膜形成与耐腐蚀机理进行阐述,并根据实际应用情况提出目前常用的金属表面防腐方法的不足。后续应用该防腐方法分别对材质为铝合金、碳钢和铜合金的典型高铁接触网零部件进行多种腐蚀试验。通过试验验证了电弧喷涂超细片状锌铝涂层具有优异的金属表面防腐性能,并且证明该技术在金属表面防腐领域具有一定的优势,为高铁接触网零部件表面防腐提供了更好的选择。At present,the surface anti-corrosion technology of typical metal parts of overhead contact system has its own advantages and disadvantages.This paper mainly describes the formation of protective film and corrosion resistance mechanism of the new technology of arc spraying ultra-fine flake zinc aluminum coating corrosion protection,and puts forward the shortcomings of the current commonly used metal surface corrosion protection methods according to the actual application.Subsequently,the corrosion protection method is applied to carry out various corrosion tests on typical high-speed railway catenary components made of aluminum alloy,carbon steel and copper alloy.The test verifies that the arc spraying ultrafine flake zinc-aluminum coating has excellent metal surface corrosion resistance,and proves that this technology has certain advantages in the field of metal surface corrosion protection,providing a better choice for the surface corrosion protection of high-speed railway catenary components.
