摘 要:管道输送理论是料浆管道设计及优化的基础,理论的缺陷,直接导致管道设计过程中的不确定性,成为影响管道输送系统安全稳定运行的隐患。采用理论分析、物理实验和矿山充填生产实际情况相结合的方法,管道输送阻力的影响因素主要是充填浆随着浓度的增大,尾砂管道阻力急剧增加,管道输送阻力与流量成线性关系,随着水泥添加量的增加,不同浓度充填浆的管道流阻力先减小后增大的变化趋势,管道敷设是影响管道流阻力的重要因素。研究充填浆管道流阻力变化趋势,对充填系统安全、高效、环保有着重要的意义。Pipeline transportation theory is the basis of slurry pipeline design and optimization.The flaws of the theory directly lead to uncertainty in the pipeline design process and become a hidden danger that affects the safe and stable operation of the pipeline transportation system.Using the method of combining theoretical analysis,physical experiment and actual situation of mine filling production,the main influencing factor of pipeline transportation resistance is that with the increase of the slurry concentration,the tailings pipeline resistance increases sharply,and the pipeline transportation resistance has a linear relationship with the flow rate.With the increase of cement addition,the pipeline flow resistance of different concentrations of filling slurry first decreases and then increases.Pipe laying is an important factor affecting pipeline flow resistance.Studying the changing trend of the flow resistance of the filling slurry pipeline is of great significance to the safety,efficiency and environmental protection of the filling system.
