摘  要:开展了电子束冷床炉回收纯锆块状、屑状返回炉料的工艺试验,研究了块状返回炉料添加比例对Fe、O含量控制的影响、电子束熔炼过程中杂质的去除机理以及熔炼工艺参数对铸锭质量的影响,对试验铸锭的表面多点取样进行了化学成分分析,铸锭表面质量良好,杂质含量、化学成分均匀性均满足相关标准要求,可为进一步研究提供参考。The EB recovering process experiment of zirconium recycling materials in the forms of blocks and chips was carried out.The relations of the proportion of block charge and the control of Fe and O content,the removal mechanism of impurities in EB melting process as well as the influence of melting process parameters on ingot quality were studied.Chemical composition analysis was carried out on the surface of testing ingots.The ingots surface quality was good.The impurity content and chemical composition uniformity meet the requirements of relevant standards,which can provide reference for further research.
