摘 要:本文采用计算法、差示扫描量热法、金相法分别测定了TA18合金的相变温度。结果显示:计算法推算出相变温度为921℃;差示扫描量热法测得相变温度为931℃;金相法测得相变温度为923℃。计算法和金相法测得的相变温度较为接近,但计算法中杂质元素的微量变化会影响结果的准确性;差示扫描量热法由于实验条件的差异,相变温度也会存在一定偏差。金相法通过显微组织的变化可以直观的判定其相变温度,测定结果更准确。在新材料开发中可以先通过计算法或差示扫描量热法粗略确定材料的相变温度,再依据该温度指导金相法选择淬火温度精确判定,并为TA18合金热处理工艺的制订提供参考。In this paper,the phase transition temperature of TA18 alloy was determined by calculation method,differential scanning calorimetry and metallographic method.The results show that the phase transition temperature is 921℃calculated by the calculation method;The phase transition temperature measured by differential scanning calorimetry is 931℃;The metallographic method measured the phase transition temperature is 923℃.The phase transition temperature measured by the calculation method and the metallographic method are relatively close,but the slight changes of impurity elements in the calculation method will affect the accuracy of the results.Due to the difference in experimental conditions,the phase change temperature will also have a certain deviation.The metallographic method can intuitively determine the phase change temperature through the change of microstructure,and the measurement results are more accurate.In the development of new materials,the phase transition temperature of the material can be roughly determined by calculation method or differential scanning calorimetry,then the quenching temperature can be selected according to the temperature so as to accurately determines the phase change temperature,and provide a reference for the formulation of the heat treatment process of TA18 alloy.
