摘  要:银山井下急倾斜铅锌薄矿脉历经60多年的开采,浅部铅锌矿石已基本开采完,现逐渐向深部转移。现用的传统浅孔留矿法有局限性,作业环境差、招工难的问题日益凸显,急需寻求安全高效的采矿方法来替代传统的浅孔留矿法。结合矿山生产现状、矿体开采条件、提高井下机械化作业水平和用机械设备完全替代人工进行采矿作业的要求,初步选择机械化上向分层留矿法、机械化上向水平分层充填采矿法进行采矿,采出的矿石经溜破系统破碎后,再经抛废富集系统,获得高品位矿石,以达到高效开采急倾斜薄矿脉的目标。经比较分析,最终选取具有明显优势的机械化上向分层留矿法开采银山深部急倾斜铅锌薄矿脉。After more than 60 years of mining,the shallow lead-zinc ore has been basically mined,and now it is gradually transferred to the deep part.The existing traditional shallow hole retention method has limitations,poor operating environment and difficulty in recruiting workers are increasingly prominent,and it is urgent to find safe and efficient mining methods to replace the traditional shallow hole retention method.Combined with the current situation of mine production,ore body mining conditions,improving the level of underground mechanized operation and completely replacing manual mining operations with mechanical equipment,the mechanized upward layered ore retention method and mechanized upward horizontal layered filling mining method are initially selected for mining,the produced ore is broken through the breaking system,and then through throw away the waste stone to leave the ore system to obtain high grade ore,so as to achieve the goal of efficient mining of sharply inclined thin veins.After comparative analysis,the mechanized upward layered ore retention method with obvious advantages was finally selected to mine the deep steeply inclined lead-zinc thin vein in Yinshan.
