摘 要:串联法氧化铝生产中,烧成窑烟气经电除尘,除尘后直接经烟道汇总后直排大气,虽然排烟温度不高,烟气热能品位低,但由于产生的烟气量巨大,仍然会造成了较大程度的能量浪费。从长远看,烧成窑余热回收项目可以通过回收烟气中的热量来降低氧化铝生产的能耗,即节约了成本,也保护了环境,为节能减排降本作出积极有效的贡献。In the series process of alumina production,the flue gas of the firing kiln is collected by electric dust,and then directly discharged into the atmosphere after the dust removal.Although the exhaust temperature is not high and the heat energy grade of the flue gas is low,it still causes a large degree of energy waste due to the huge amount of smoke generated.In the long run,the kiln waste heat recovery project can reduce the energy consumption of alumina production by recovering the heat in the flue gas,which saves costs and protects the environment,making positive and effective contributions to energy saving,emission reduction and cost reduction.
