摘 要:针对钢结构井架整体吊装过程中难以准确落位、危险系数高、安装工期长等问题。本文提出了一种基于翻转铰链原理的井架吊装方法,并详细阐述了铰链结构的参数计算、工艺流程及操作要点等关键问题,最后介绍了其在实际案例中的应用情况及效果。结果显示:该方法可有效缩短施工周期,降低安装成本和施工风险,对于类似安装工程具有较好的参考价值。In response to issues such as difficulty in accurately positioning,high risk factor,and long installation period during the hoisting process of steel structure head frame.This paper presents a hoisting method of steel structure head frame based on the principle of reversible hinge hinges,and the key issues were discussed in detail such as parameter calculation of the hinge structure,process flow,and operation points.Finally,the application and effectiveness of the method were introduced in a project cases.The results show that this method can effectively shorten installation time,reduce installation costs and safe risks,which has good reference value for similar installation projects.
