摘 要:为进一步提升拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺的效率和质量,本次研究从蒸汽温度调节角度入手,结合拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺的整体流程,对某厂氧化铝生产过程中蒸汽温度过高的问题展开分析,根据大量的理论计算,明确了当前该厂蒸汽温度过高带来的负面影响。而后以此理论研究为基础,通过对加热室内部和管道的调节,并辅以智能化控制措施,对蒸汽温度调节技术措施进行了探讨,同时分析技术应用后的效果。结果显示,本次蒸汽温度调节技术有效改善了氧化铝生产工艺中的既有问题,具有一定的现实意义,有望在今后得到进一步推广应用。In order to further improve the efficiency and quality of the Bayer process for producing alumina,this study starts from the perspective of steam temperature regulation and combines with the overall process of Bayer process for producing alumina.It analyzes the problem of high steam temperature during the alumina production process of a certain factory,and based on a large number of theoretical calculations,clarifies the negative impact of high steam temperature in the current factory.Based on this theoretical research,the steam temperature regulation technology measures were explored by adjusting the internal and pipeline of the heating chamber,supplemented by intelligent control measures,and the effectiveness of the technology application was analyzed.The results show that the steam temperature regulation technology has effectively improved the existing problems in the alumina production process,and has certain practical significance,which is expected to be further promoted and applied in the future.
