摘　　要：依据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《中华人民共和国数据安全法》等法律法规要求,结合项目管理中的风险管理方法,对医用耗材SPD模式下院内物流管理系统中数据安全风险进行识别和分析,依据数据分类分级保护原则,从制度、技术、人员、评估与审计等多个维度提出相应的应对策略,提升医疗机构医用耗材物流管理系统的数据安全防护能力。Based on the requirements of laws and regulations such as the Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China and the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China,and based on the risk management methods in project management,this study identified and analyzed data security risks in the hospital logistics management system under the SPD mode of medical consumables,and put forward corresponding countermeasures based on the principle of data classification and hierarchical protection in terms of multiple dimensions,such as system,technology,personnel,assessment and auditing,so as to facilitate enhancing the data security protection ability of the medical consumable logistics management system in medical institutions.
