摘　　要：目的:利用智能语音和问卷方式,实现对随访工作的自动化执行,提升区域整体随访能力和效率。方法:搭建区域型智能随访管理系统,对接院内系统和区域慢病管理等相关系统,支持医生对随访模板进行共享和个性化设计,并通过智能语音和问卷服务实现多个场景的随访工作。结果:智能随访管理系统上线后覆盖了区内所有的专科医院、社区卫生服务中心(站)等机构,实现了健康管理、科研追踪、保健服务等多个场景的应用,并实现了随访信息结构化处理后反哺业务系统信息采集,极大地提高了随访服务的覆盖范围和运行效率。结论:区域智能随访管理系统具有很好的兼容性、可拓展性和跨机构协作共享属性,未来可以在更大的机构范围、更加垂直和专业的应用场景下发挥作用。Objective To realize the automatic implementation of follow-up by using intelligent voice and questionnaire services,so as to improve the overall regional follow-up capacity and efficiency.Methods A regional intelligent follow-up management system was established to interconnect hospital systems and regional chronic disease management system and other related systems,support doctors to share and personalize the follow-up module and realize follow-up work in multiple scenarios through intelligent voice and questionnaire services.Results After the launch of the intelligent follow-up management system covering all the specialized hospitals,community health service centers(stations)and other institutions in the region,it realized the applications of multiple scenarios such as health management,scientific research tracking and health care service,and realized the feedback of follow-up information after structured processing to the business system,which greatly improved the coverage and operation efficiency of follow-up services.Conclusion The regional intelligent follow-up management system has excellent compatibility,scalability,and cross-institutional collaboration and sharing properties,and can play its role in a larger institution,and more vertical and professional application scenarios in the future.
