摘　　要：目的:实现中药代煎配送的处方流转及质控信息化,保证处方流转信息的可追溯。方法:将区块链技术与中医药质量溯源体系相结合,建立中药代煎配送服务监管平台,对电子处方流转过程的数据上链存证,通过移动端为患者提供服务。结果:中药代煎配送服务监管平台实现了处方流转交互过程的存证应用,提高了处方流转全流程的透明度,实现了全流程闭环管理。结论:中药代煎配送的处方流转及质控信息化,大大改善了患者药事服务的安全感和满意度,降低了药事人员工作负荷,提升了医疗机构的服务质量。Objective To realize IT application in prescription circulation and quality control of TCM(Traditional Chinese medicine)decoctions processing and delivery service,which ensures the traceability of prescription circulation information.Methods The blockchain technology was combined with the quality traceability system of TCM to establish a supervision platform for TCM decoctions processing and delivery service,and the data of electronic prescriptions circulation process was stored on the blockchain to provide services for patients through the mobile terminal.Results The supervision platform for TCM decoctions processing and delivery service realized the application of the prescription circulation interactive process,improved the transparency of the whole process of prescription circulation,and realized the closed-loop management of the whole process.Conclusion The IT application in prescription circulation and quality control of TCM decoctions processing and delivery service greatly improves the sense of security and satisfaction of patients in receiving pharmaceutical service,reduces the workload of pharmaceutical staff and improves the service quality of medical institutions.
