摘　　要：目的:探索区域急诊医疗大数据管理和共享模式,优化急诊工作流程,为合理调配急诊资源提供数据支撑。方法:上海申康医院发展中心构建“一中心、多终端”的市级医院急诊数据集成平台,汇聚上海市30家市级医院急诊医疗数据,从完整性、规范性、一致性、时效性4个维度提高急诊数据质量,将急诊业务数据梳理和转化为管理数据。结果:急诊数据集成平台实现了统一数据管理、统一服务建设、统一系统建设的管理功能,为急诊专业医疗质控、急诊科室规范化建设提供实时、全面的数据支撑。结论:基于医联工程的急诊数据集成平台满足区域学科建设和发展的需要,可为区域医疗数据中心的构建提供参考。Objective Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center explores the regional emergency medical big data management and sharing mode,optimizes the emergency workflow,and provides data support for the reasonable allocation of emergency resources.Methods The"One-center,Multi-terminal"emergency data integration platform for municipal hospitals was built to gather emergency medical data from 30 municipal hospitals in Shanghai,improve the quality of emergency data from four dimensions of completeness,standardization,consistency and timeliness,and sort and transform emergency business data into management data.Results The emergency data integration platform realized the management functions of unified data management,unified service construction,and unified system construction,and provided real-time and comprehensive data support for professional emergency medical quality control and standardized construction of emergency departments.Conclusion The emergency data integration platform based on Link Healthcare can meet the needs of regional discipline construction and development,and can provide reference for the construction of regional medical data centers.
