摘 要:为更好发挥针布的梳理作用,提高梳棉机主分梳区的分梳效能,针对梳棉机梳理机构工作过程的不可视性,利用UG软件对梳棉机主分梳区主要部件进行建模,通过HYPER MESH软件进行分机构网格划分,采用ABAQUS显示动力学模块对梳棉机主分梳区工作状态进行仿真分析。通过优选针齿角度,模拟纤维在梳理过程中的运动状态,得到梳理前后及过程中纤维受力及纤维长度的变化结果。试验结果表明:锡林与盖板针齿工作角分别在30°、18°组合时,对纤维的梳理效果最优。基于ABAQUS的梳理效果分析,为生产实践中根据纤维的特性和种类合理选择锡林和盖板针齿的工作角提供了有益的参考。In order to make card clothing play better carding effect and improve the carding efficiency in the main carding area,aiming at the invisibility of the carding mechanism during working process of carding machine,the main parts of carding machine in the main carding area were modeled by UG software,and the carding mechanism was divided by HYPER MESH software.The ABAQUS display dynamics module was used to simulate the working state of the carding machine main carding area.By selecting angle of needle teeth,motion state of fiber during carding was simulated,and the changes of fiber force and fiber length before&after and during carding were obtained.The experimental results showed that the carding effect was the best when the working angle of cylinder and flat needle was 30°and 18°respectively.The analysis of carding effect based on ABAQUS provides a useful reference for selecting working angle of cylinder and flat needle teeth according to the characteristics and types of fibers in production practice.
