摘　　要：以ITMA2023国际纺织机械展览会展出的梳棉机为例,总结了国外梳棉机的技术特点和发展趋势。详细介绍了德国特吕茨施勒公司的TC19i型梳棉机、TC30i型梳棉机和瑞士立达公司的C81型梳棉机的主要技术特点。指出:增加锡林直径,适当增加工作盖板数量,稳定的活动盖板隔距,应用一体化棉箱结构和辅助生头装置,发展智能化控制系统以及预牵伸装置,是国外梳棉机的共同特点。认为:网络化、数字化、大数据、自动在线调整等技术在梳棉机上的应用,展现了国外梳棉机在智能化制造方面达到的新水平和新高度。Carding machines exhibited in ITMA2023 international textile machinery exhibition were taken as examples,the technical characteristics and development trend of foreign carding machines were summarized.The main technical characteristics of Germany Trutzschler TC19i and TC30i carding machine and Switzerland Rieter C81 carding machine were introduced in detail.It was pointed out that the common characteristics of foreign carding machines were increasing diameter of cylinder and increasing number of working flat properly,stable movable flat gauge,applying the integrated hopper structure and auxiliary new end forming device,developing intelligent control system and pre-drafting device.It is considered that the application of networking,digitalization,big data,automatic online adjustment and other technology in carding machines shows the new level and new height of foreign carding machines in intelligent manufacturing.
