摘  要:为了优选精梳棉纱清梳工艺流程与梳理元件,以相同的配棉,分别采用清梳联和清棉成卷+梳棉工艺流程生产JC 18.2 tex纱,并对梳棉机锡林针布、棉网清洁器、锡林与盖板隔距进行了试验优选,对半制品质量以及成纱质量进行测试。结果表明:锡林针布由AC2030×1550型更换为AC1740×1740型后,梳棉机平均生条AFIS棉结减少,纤维平均长度略有增加,短绒率降低。两种工艺流程的半制品质量基本持平,成纱质量均能达到USTER 2018公报5%水平。认为:清梳联实现了工序连续化和自动化生产,可以减少排包次数,节省清棉运棉工,改善生产环境,可进一步提高混棉均匀性;优化配置梳棉针布、工艺隔距、速度等是前纺生产控制棉结和短绒的关键。In order to optimize blowing-carding process and carding component of combed cotton yarn,adopting the same cotton assorting,JC 18.2 tex yarn was produced by blowing-carding unit and traditional opening and picking cotton lap forming process.Cylinder card clothing,web cleaner,gauge between cylinder and flat of carding machine were optimized.The quality of semi-product and finished yarn were tested.The results showed that AFIS nep of average card sliver was reduced,the average fiber length was slightly increased,and the short fiber content was decreased after changing from AC2030×1550 to AC1740×1740.The quality of the semi-products with the two processes was basically the same,and the yarn quality could reach the 5%level of the USTER 2018 STATISTICS.It is considered that after adopting blowing-carding process,the uniformity of cotton blending can be further improved.The key of control neps and short fiber content are the optimizations of card clothing,gauge and speed.
