摘 要:为了研究精梳机锡林前区齿距对纺纱质量的影响,在纺纱工艺条件及其他梳理区齿距不变的条件下,分别改变精梳锡林第1及第2梳理区的轴向齿距进行纺纱试验,并对精梳质量及成纱质量进行测试。结果表明:当精梳锡林第1梳理区针齿的轴向齿距由0.80 mm减小至0.60 mm时,成纱的IPI值显著减小,成纱断裂强力提高,成纱条干CV值减小;当第2梳理区针齿的轴向齿距由0.60 mm减小至0.55 mm时,成纱的IPI值显著增加,成纱断裂强力降低,成纱条干CV值增大;减小锡林第1梳理区针齿轴向齿距,精梳条棉结含量增加;减小锡林第2梳理区针齿轴向齿距,精梳条棉结含量减少;改变第1、第2梳理区针齿轴向齿距,对精梳条中纤维长度分布及精梳落棉率无显著影响。认为:适当减小锡林第1梳理区轴向齿距,有利于提高成纱质量。In order to study the influence of comber cylinder front area tooth pitch on spinning quality,under the conditions of spinning process and tooth pitch of other carding area unchanged,spinning test was carried out by changing the axial tooth pitch of comber cylinder the first and the second carding area separately,and the combing quality and yarn quality were tested.The results showed when the axial tooth pitch of comber cylinder the first combing area were decreased from 0.80 mm to 0.60 mm,the yarn IPI value was decreased significantly,the yarn breaking strength was increased,and the yarn CV value was decreased.When the axial tooth pitch of comber cylinder the second combing area was decreased from 0.60 mm to 0.55 mm,the yarn IPI value was increased significantly,the yarn breaking strength was decreased,and the yarn CV value was increased.When the axial tooth pitch of comber cylinder the first combing area was decreasesd,nep content of the combed sliver was increased.When the axial tooth pitch of comber cylinder the second combing area was decreased,and the nep content of the combed sliver was decreased.Changing the axial tooth pitch of the first and the second carding areas had no significant effect on the fiber length distribution in the combed sliver and combing waste percentage.It is considered that properly reducing the axial tooth pitch of comber cylinder the first carding area is beneficial to improving yarn quality.
