摘 要:在反刍动物生产中,瘤胃内的细菌脲酶活性较高,导致催化尿素生成氨的速率大于吸收速率,降低了动物生产性能。而脲酶抑制剂对脲酶活性有明显的抑制作用,可减缓其生成氨的速率,在医学和农业领域中有着广泛的应用。近年来,研究者们已合成了多种新型的脲酶抑制剂,并报道了其抑制活性及作用机理。本文对近年来国内外有关化学合成类脲酶抑制剂的研究进行了分类综述,总结其抑制效果、抑制模式、构效关系及其抑制机制,以期为未来新型脲酶抑制剂的开发提供参考。In ruminant production,high bacterial urease activity in the rumen results in a greater rate of urea production than urea uptake,reducing animal performance.Urease inhibitors have a significant inhibitory effect on urease activity,slowing its rate of ammonia production,and have a wide range of applications in medicine and agriculture.In recent years,researchers have synthesized a large number of novel urease inhibitors and reported their inhibitory activities and mechanisms of action.This paper classified and reviewed the research on chemically synthesized urease inhibitors at home and abroad in recent years,and summarized their inhibitory activities,inhibition modes,structure-activity relationships,and inhibition mechanisms.This paper may provide references for the development of new urease inhibitors in the future.
