摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮精氨酸水平对产蛋期五龙鹅种蛋质量、血清激素和细胞因子含量的影响。试验选取34周龄体况相近的产蛋期五龙鹅150只,随机分成6个组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只(1公4母)。各组分别饲喂精氨酸水平为0.72%(对照组)、0.82%、0.92%、1.02%、1.12%和1.22%的试验饲粮。预试期1周,正试期16周。结果表明:1)0.82%、0.92%、1.02%、1.12%、1.22%组种蛋孵化率(HR)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.92%、1.02%组种蛋哈氏单位(HU)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1.02%组种蛋蛋壳厚度(ET)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)1.02%组血清胰岛素(INS)和孕酮(P4)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)0.92%、1.02%组血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),0.92%、1.02%组血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮适宜精氨酸水平可提高产蛋期五龙鹅种蛋质量,调节激素水平,增强机体免疫功能。在本试验条件下,饲粮适宜精氨酸水平为1.02%。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary arginine level on breeding egg quality,serum hormone and cytokine contents of Wulong geese during laying period.A total of 150 thirty-four-week-old Wulong geese during laying period with similar body condition were randomly divided into 6 groups with 5 replicates per group and 5 geese per replicate(1 male and 4 female).Geese in 6 groups were fed experimental diets which the arginine levels were 0.72%(control group),0.82%,0.92%,1.02%,1.12%and 1.22%,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 16 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the breeding egg hatching rate of 0.82%,0.92%,1.02%,1.12%and 1.22%groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the breeding egg Haugh unit of 0.92%and 1.02%groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the breeding egg eggshell thickness of 1.02%group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)The contents of insulin(INS)and progesterone(P4)in serum of 1.02%group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).3)The serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)content of 0.92%and 1.02%group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum interleukin-4(IL-4)content of 0.92%and 1.02%group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary optimal arginine level can improve the breeding egg quality,regulate hormone level,and enhance the body immune function of Wulong geese during laying period.Under the conditions of this experiment,the dietary optimal arginine level is 1.02%.
