摘 要:本试验旨在研究辣蓼与全株玉米混合青贮对青贮品质、有氧稳定性以及抑菌能力的影响。以大庆本地全株新鲜辣蓼和全株玉米为青贮原料,各原料切为1~2 cm小段,制成每袋300 g的原料,设置3组,以无添加辣蓼记为对照组,以分别添加5%、10%辣蓼为添加组,每组3个重复,全株玉米青贮30 d后添加1×105 CFU/mL的大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌,分别在8、24、48和72 h检测3种有害菌数量,室温下在青贮3、7、14和30 d时开封检测青贮品质和有氧稳定性。结果表明:1)青贮30 d,添加有害菌青贮48 h后,与对照组相比,添加组有害菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。2)青贮30 d,添加组pH显著低于对照组(P<0.05),添加组乳酸菌数量、乳酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)10%辣蓼组在青贮14、30 d后有氧暴露,与对照组相比,pH显著降低(P<0.05),提高了其有氧稳定性。综上所述,辣蓼的添加抑制了青贮中有害菌的增长,改善了青贮玉米的品质,提高了其有氧稳定性。This experiment aimed to study the effects of mixing silage with Polygonum hydropiper and whole corn on the silage quality,aerobic stability and bacteriostatic ability.Daqing local whole fresh Polygonum hydropiper and whole plant corn were used as silage raw materials,each raw material was cut into 1 to 2 cm small segments,and 300 g of raw materials per bag were made,3 groups were set up,and no added Polygonum hydropiper was recorded as silage corn control group,the addition group was adding 5%and 10%Polygonum hydropiper,three replicates in each group.The whole corn silage was added with 1×105 CFU/mL of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella after 30 days,and the quantity of these three harmful bacteria was detected at 8,24,48 and 72 h,respectively.The silage quality and aerobic stability were detected at 3,7,14 and 30 days after opening at room temperature.The results showed as follows:1)after silage for 30 days and adding harmful bacteria for 48 h,the number of harmful bacteria in addition group was significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05).2)After 30 days of silage,the pH in addition group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the lactobacillus number and lactic acid content in addition group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).3)After 14 and 30 days of silage aerobic exposure,the pH in 10%Polygonum hydropiper group was significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the aerobic stability was improved.In summary,the addition of Polygonum hydropiper inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria,improve the quality of silage corn,and improve its aerobic stability.
