摘  要:该文针对应用于高精度伺服的单边平板式永磁同步直线电机提出了一种齿部不等宽的结构,通过有限元法分析了不同设计参数对电机推力品质的影响,验证了所提结构的优越性。针对具有大量参数的多目标优化问题,采用分层优化的策略,先通过Taguchi筛选敏感参数,再由中心复合设计(Central composite design,CCD)构建基于敏感参数的响应面(Response surface method,RSM)模型进行优化。通过仿真分析,对比初始结构参数,验证了所提优化方案的有效性。In this paper,a structure with unequal tooth width is proposed for the single side flat plate permanent magnet synchronous linear motor used in high precision servo.The influence of different design parameters on the thrust quality of the motor is analyzed by finite element method,and the superiority of the proposed structure is verified.For the multi-objective optimization problem with a large number of parameters,the hierarchical optimization strategy is adopted.Firstly,the sensitive parameters are selected through Taguchi,and then the response surface method(RSM)model based on sensitive parameters is constructed by central composite design(CCD)for optimization.The effectiveness of the proposed optimization scheme is verified by comparing the initial structural parameters through simulation analysis.
