不同光周期处理对糜子光合参数的影响

摘  要:为深入了解光周期对糜子光合参数的影响,本研究利用CI-340便携式光合仪测定了不同光周期处理下糜子叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO_(2)浓度。结果表明:在抽穗期后对糜子进行短日照处理可以显著提高糜子的叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,对糜子叶片胞间CO_(2)浓度的影响较小;叶片净光合速率自开花后10 d开始显著增高,在开花后10 d较全生育期自然光照处理增高5.853μmol/(m^(2)·s);气孔导度和蒸腾速率自开花后20 d开始显著增高,在开花后20 d较全生育期自然光照处理分别增高39.443、1.120 mmol/(m^(2)·s)。In order to investigate the effect of photoperiod on the photosynthetic parameters of millet,this study used a CI-340 portable photosynthetic instrument to measure the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,and intercellular CO_(2) concentration of millet leaves under different photoperiod treatments.The results showed that short-day treatment after heading stage could significantly increase the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of millet leaves,with little impact on the intercellular CO_(2) concentration of millet leaves.The net photosynthetic rate of leaves significantly increased from 10 days after flowering,and increased by 5.853μmol/(m^(2)·s)compared with natural light treatment throughout the entire growth period,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate significantly increased from 20 days after flowering,and increased by 39.443 mmol/(m^(2)·s)and 1.120 mmol/(m^(2)·s)respectively compared with natural light treatment throughout the entire growth period.
