摘  要:为在蔬菜生产中推广使用微生物菌剂防治根结线虫,开展了室内盆栽试验和田间试验,研究5种微生物菌剂对黄瓜根结线虫病的防治效果。结果表明,在室内盆栽试验过程中,5种微生物菌剂处理后15 d,根结线虫数量和卵数量均降低。根线病康(长枝木霉和淡紫拟青霉复配剂)对黄瓜根结线虫的防治效果较好,且对卵的抑制作用较强。在田间试验过程中,根线病康(长枝木霉和淡紫拟青霉复配剂)处理后二龄根结线虫数量减少,减退率达到77%,田间防治效果为73%,黄瓜单株鲜重为720.63 g,小区产量为7.75 kg,折合产量为15500 kg/hm^(2)。In order to promote the use of microbial agents to control root knot nematodes in vegetable production,indoor pot experiment and field experiment were conducted to study the control effects of five microbial agents against cucumber root knot nematode disease.The results showed that during the indoor pot experiment,the number of root knot nematodes and eggs decreased on the 15th day after treating with five microbial agents.Genjiebingkang(a combination agent of Trichoderma longibrachiatum and Paecilomyces lilacinus)had a good control effect against cucumber root knot nematodes and a strong inhibitory effect on eggs.During the field experiment,after treating with Genjiebingkang(a combination agent of Trichoderma longibrachiatum and Paecilomyces lilacinus),the number of second instar root knot nematodes decreased.The reduction rate reached 77%,and the field control effect was 73%.The fresh weight of a single cucumber plant was 720.63 g,the plot yield was 7.75 kg,and the equivalent yield was 15500 kg/hm^(2).
