摘  要:为提升闪发器型准二级压缩空气源热泵逆循环除霜性能,本文利用机组既有循环结构,在除霜期间通过打开电磁阀实现补气,加大制冷剂质量流量。实验结果表明,补气可缩短融霜时间,从而有效缩短除霜时间和降低除霜能耗,而且室外温度越低,效果越显著。在-10~2℃的实验环境中,使用补气除霜后,除霜时间缩短了23.73%~40.48%,除霜耗功量减少了17.75%~45.90%。In order to improve the performance of reverse cycle defrosting of a quasi-two-stage compressed air-source heat pump with the flash tank,this paper uses the existing cycle structure of the unit to realize vapor injection by opening the solenoid valve during defrosting and increase the refrigerant mass flow.The experimental results show that vapor injection can reduce frost melting time,thus effectively reduce defrosting time and defrosting energy consumption,and the lower the outdoor temperature is,the more significant the effect is.In the experimental environment of-10℃to 2℃,the defrosting time is shortened by 23.73%to 40.48%,and the defrosting power consumption is reduced by 17.75%to 45.90%after using vapor injection defrosting.
