摘  要:以北京某建筑综合体集中供热项目为例,定量分析了间接供热系统中一级泵在不同压差控制方案下的全年逐时运行能耗。结果表明,相比常规的始端定压差和末端定压差运行,基于末端阀门开度检测的一级泵变压差运行可以显著降低供热输配能耗,提高换热站一次侧电动调节阀的调节精度,具有较好的经济性。Taking the central heating project of a building complex in Beijing as an example,this paper quantitatively analyses the annual hourly operating energy consumption of the indirect heating primary water pumping distribution system under different pressure difference control schemes.The results show that compared with the conventional constant pressure difference at the near and end,the variable pressure difference operation of the primary water pump based on end valve opening detection can significantly reduce the energy consumption of heating transmission and distribution,improve the adjustment accuracy of the electric control valve on the primary side of the heat exchange station,and have good economy.
