摘　　要：国家标准《进口清关程序简化指南》用于指导有关行业主管部门简化进口货物清关程序,以及指导相关企业在进口货物清关活动中选择适用的通关模式。本文介绍了该标准的编制背景、编制原则、主要内容和编制依据,并给出了标准实施的建议,旨在促进相关方更好地理解标准并推动标准的广泛应用。The Chinese national standard Guidelines for simplification of import customs clearance procedures can be used by administrations of relevant industries to simplify the customs clearance procedures for imported goods,as well as to guide relevant enterprises to select appropriate customs clearance modes during the customs clearance activities for imported goods.This paper introduces the background,principles,main content,and basis for the development of the standard,and provides the relevant suggestions for its implementation,with the purpose of enabling relevant parties to better understand it and promote its wide application.
