摘　　要：建设质量基础设施“一站式”服务平台,是以“最多只跑一次”为根本前提,以服务中小企业为重点,帮助企业高质量发展。本文提出平台构建“一站式”服务体系,可采用一个线上信息服务平台加多个线下服务中心相结合的综合服务方式,为企业提供全链条、全周期的基础技术服务,着力探索构建“互联网+质量基础设施”服务生态。在此基础上开展质量基础设施“一站式”服务平台的总体技术框架和标准体系建设研究,并利用标准化手段,为中小企业的高质量发展提供支撑,同时也为各级政府市场监管部门搭建基础设施的“一站式”服务平台提供宝贵的指导、建议和参考模式。The construction of a“one-stop”service platform for quality infrastructure is based on the fundamental premise of“visiting once at most”and the high-quality development of service enterprises,with a particular emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).With a focus on key products,enterprises,industrial chains,and regional development needs,the construction of a“one-stop”service system is established.This system is supported by an integrated approach that combines an online information platform and multiple offl ine service centers,which provides basic technical services to enterprises throughout the whole chain and full cycle of industry,and explores the“internet+quality infrastructure”service.Based on that,efforts will be paid to explore the construction of the overall technical framework and standards system of the“one-stop”service platform for quality infrastructure.Utilizing standardization methods,the paper supports the high-quality development of SMEs,and offers valuable guidance,suggestions,and reference models for the construction of a“one-stop”service platform for market regulation departments at all levels.
