弯折型隧道锚的最优结构型式研究

摘  要:锚碇是悬索桥的主要承力结构,隧道锚是一种应用广泛的锚碇型式。目前隧道锚都是采用直线型结构,可通过改变结构型式进一步优化。针对目前隧道锚都是采用直线型结构型式,现提出了一种新型的小体积弯折型隧道锚。该型式将原始锚碇分为前后两部分,保持开挖深度和锚体楔形角不变,改变后锚体的倾斜角度,缩短前、后锚体长度,可使锚体弯折且体积减小。对前、后锚体长度以及后锚体的弯折角度进行方案组合,采用二维有限元数值模拟计算,获得不同方案的锚碇极限承载力、前后锚面位移以及整体应力,通过对比找出最优的锚体长度和弯折角度。研究结果表明:采用弯折型隧道锚相较于常规隧道锚可有效减小锚体体积并提升极限承载力,在承受设计荷载情况下弯折型隧道锚的整体变形程度与常规锚体相当。弯折型隧道锚锚体小,产生的开挖量及混凝土浇筑量减小,节省成本,在实际工程中将有良好的应用前景。Anchorage is the main supporting structure of suspension bridge,and tunneltype anchorage is a widely used anchor type.At present,the tunnel anchors are of linear structure,which can be further optimized by changing the structure type.In view of the current tunnel anchors are adopted in the form of linear structure,a new smallvolume bending tunneltype anchorage was proposed.The original anchorage was divided into the front and back part,keeping the excavation depth and wedge angle of anchor body unchanged,bending and reducing the volume of the anchor body by changing the inclined angle of the anchor body and shortening the length of the anchor body.The length of the front and back anchor and the bending angle of the back anchor were respectively changed to combine.The optimal length and bending angle of the anchor were found by using twodimensional finite element numerical simulation method based on the ultimate bearing capacity,the displacement of the front and back anchor and the overall stress distribution in different combination forms of anchoring.The calculation and research results show that compared with the conventional tunneltype anchorages,the bending tunneltype anchorages can reduce the volume of the anchor body and effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity.The bending type tunnel anchor body is small,the amount of excavation and concrete pouring is reduced,and the cost is saved,so it will have a good application prospect in practical engineering.
