摘 要:为了增强混凝土抗压、抗渗性能,实现废弃材料回收利用,在再生混凝土中掺入橡胶粉和纳米SiO_(2),以取代水泥和天然河砂,研究在单掺和复掺的情况下对再生混凝土抗压及抗渗性能的影响。结果表明:当纳米SiO_(2)掺量在0%~3%时,再生混凝土抗压、抗渗强度随纳米SiO_(2)掺量的增加而增强;纳米SiO_(2)复掺40目橡胶粉,再生混凝土的抗压强度降低、抗渗性能提高;纳米SiO_(2)复掺100目橡胶粉,再生混凝土的抗压强度降低,抗渗性能提高,其抗压强度和抗渗性能均优于40目橡胶粉;不同水胶比的三掺纳米SiO_(2)、40目橡胶粉和100目橡胶粉的再生混凝土抗压强度和抗渗性能受水胶比影响最大。利用BP神经网络对再生混凝土28 d抗压强度进行预测,对比结果显示,训练值、预测值均与试验值吻合较好,能为工程实际应用提供依据。By incorporating rubber powder and nano SiO_(2)into recycled concrete,waste materials can be effectively reused while enhancing the compressive and impermeable properties of the concrete.Nano SiO_(2)and rubber powder with particle sizes of 40 mesh and 100 mesh were used to replace cement and natural river sand,respectively.The effects of single and combined addition of nano SiO_(2)and rubber powder on the compressive and impermeable properties of recycled concrete was analyzed.The results showed that the compressive and impermeable strengths of recycled concrete increased with the increase in nano SiO_(2)content in the range of 0%to 3%.When nano SiO_(2)was combined with 40 mesh rubber powder,the compressive strength of recycled concrete decreased while the impermeable performance improved.When nano SiO_(2)was combined with 100 mesh rubber powder,the compressive strength of recycled concrete decreased,but the impermeable performance improved.Moreover,both the compressive strength and impermeable performance of the recycled concrete with the combination of nano SiO_(2)and 100 mesh rubber powder were superior to those with 40 mesh rubber powder.Compressive strength and impermeability of recycled concrete with three mixes of nano-SiO_(2),40 mesh rubber powder and 100 mesh rubber powder with different water-to-cement ratios are most affected by water-to-binder ratio.The compressive strength of the recycled concrete at 28 days was validated using a BP neural network.The comparison results showed good agreement between the training values,predicted values,and experimental values of the samples,which can provide a basis for practical applications in engineering.
