摘  要:为了研究浅埋软弱围岩输水隧洞的施工工法,依托榆林市东线引黄神木支线输水隧洞工程,采用离散单元法对浅埋泥质砂岩隧洞开挖的全断面和二台阶施工工法进行数值模拟。根据模拟结果,确定施工工法并对施工工法支护参数进行确定。结果表明:全断面法开挖地表的最大沉降远小于二台阶法开挖的地表最大沉降;全断面法开挖后拱顶沉降小于二台阶法。从控制变形来看,全断面法开挖优于二台阶法。采用全断面法结合超前小导管注浆的施工方法可有效控制隧道和地表变形。研究结论对类似输水隧洞的设计和施工具有指导作用。In order to study the construction method of water conveyance tunnel in shallow and weak surrounding rock,based on the water conveyance tunnel project of the Shenmu branch of the East Line of Yulin City′s Yellow River Diversion Project,the discrete element method is used to numerically simulate the full section and two-step construction method of shallow buried argillaceous sandstone tunnel excavation.Based on the simulation results,the construction method was determined and the support parameters for the construction method were determined.The results show that the maximum settlement of the surface excavated by the full section method is much smaller than that excavated by the two step method;At the same time,the settlement of the arch crown after excavation using the full section method is also smaller than that using the two-step method.Therefore,from the perspective of controlling deformation,the full section excavation method is superior to the two step excavation method.At the same time,the construction method of using full section method and advanced small conduit grouting can effectively control tunnel and surface deformation.The research conclusion has guiding significance for the design and construction of similar water conveyance tunnels.
