摘  要:血管性痴呆是一种神经认知障碍,也是痴呆症的第二大常见原因,严重影响患者的日常生活和精神状态。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)是一种具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的干细胞,因其体外扩增的可能性和简便性而受到越来越多的关注。BMSCs移植后可向脑组织迁移并分化为神经元样细胞和胶质细胞,同时修复损伤的胆碱能通路、增强突触的可塑性,改善患者的认知功能。因此,BMSCs移植可能成为未来治疗血管性痴呆的一种安全、有效的方法。Vascular dementia is a neurocognitive disorder and the second most common cause of dementia,which seriously affects the daily life and mental state of the patients.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)are self-renewing stem cells with multi-directional differentiating potentials,which have attracted more and more attention because of their possibility and convenience of expansion in vitro.BMSCs can migrate to brain tissue and differentiate into neuron-like cells and glial cells after transplantation.At the same time,it can repair the injured cholinergic pathway,enhance synaptic plasticity and improve the cognitive ability of the patients.Therefore,BMSCs transplantation may become a safe and effective method for the treatment of vascular dementia in the future.
