摘  要:脊髓损伤是脊柱损伤最严重的并发症,可导致损伤节段以下严重的运动、感觉功能障碍。脊髓损伤继发性损伤阶段的复杂机制是患者预后不佳的重要原因,因此靶向继发性损伤阶段的致病机制是脊髓保护的重要治疗思路。雷帕霉素是一种抗生素,其对脊髓损伤有一定的治疗作用。在脊髓损伤继发性阶段雷帕霉素能特异性作用于哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白,上调自噬、抑制炎症反应、减少胶质瘢痕形成、减轻神经性疼痛以促进神经功能恢复,减轻患者的痛苦并改善预后,具有巨大的临床应用价值。Spinal cord injury is the most serious complication of spinal injury,which can lead to severe motor and sensory dysfunction below the injured segment.The complicated mechanism of secondary injury stage is an important reason for poor prognosis of the patients,so targeting the pathogenesis of secondary injury stage of spinal cord injury is an important therapeutic idea for spinal cord protection.Rapamycin is an antibiotic,which has a certain therapeutic effect on spinal cord injury.In the secondary stage of spinal cord injury,rapamycin can specifically act on mammalian rapamycin target protein,up-regulate autophagy,inhibit inflammatory reaction,reduce glial scar formation,relieve neuropathic pain to promote the recovery of neurological function,relieve the pain and improve the prognosis of the patients,which has great clinical application value.
