摘　　要：缺血再灌注损伤是梗死性疾病最常见的并发症,在不能再生的心脏中,这种损伤尤为突出。细胞外囊泡是一种细胞磷脂双分子层包裹的纳米级膜泡,富含多种生物活性物质,包括脂质、蛋白质、RNA等,这些生物活性物质在调节人体生理病理过程中具有重要作用。心脏中有多种细胞,如心肌细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、脂肪细胞、免疫细胞等,细胞外囊泡则是细胞间信息传递的重要媒介。因此,深入研究细胞间的信息交换在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的作用机制,可以为疾病的治疗提供新思路。Ischemia-reperfusion injury is the most frequent complication of many infarct diseases,which is highly prominent in the non-regenerative heart.Extracellular vesicles are nano-scale membrane vesicles wrapped in a bilayer of cellular phospholipids,abounding in various biologically active substances,such as lipids,proteins,RNA and so on,which play a significant role in the process of regulating human physiology and pathology.There are many cells in the heart,including cardiomyocytes,fibroblasts,endothelial cells,fat cells,and immune cells,while extracellular vesicles are an important medium for intercellular information transmission.Therefore,further study of the mechanism of action of the information exchange between cells in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,can provide new ideas for the treatment of the diseases.
