摘  要:糖尿病难愈创面是糖尿病严重的并发症之一,细胞因子分泌紊乱、持续炎症和微血管生成障碍等因素均可导致创面难以愈合。近年来,干细胞及其细胞因子在治疗糖尿病难愈创面方面效果显著,受到广泛关注。Rab蛋白家族是一类小分子鸟苷三磷酸结合蛋白,可通过囊泡运输调节细胞因子的分泌,在疾病中发挥重要作用。虽然Rab蛋白家族通过调控干细胞囊泡运输治疗糖尿病难愈创面的分子机制目前尚未明确,但Rab蛋白家族与血管生成、炎症反应和细胞自噬均密切相关。因此,未来深入研究Rab蛋白在糖尿病创面修复中的作用及机制对于干细胞治疗糖尿病创面具有重要意义。Refractory diabetic wounds are one of the serious complications of diabetes mellitus.Factors such as cytokine secretion disorder,continuous inflammation and microangiogenesis disorder lead to difficult wound healing.In recent years,stem cells and their cytokines have shown a significant effect in the treatment of refractory diabetic wounds,which has attracted extensive attention.Rab protein family is a class of small guanylate triphosphate-binding proteins,which can regulate cytokine secretion through vesicular transport and play an important role in the disease.Although the molecular mechanism of Rab protein family in the treatment of refractory diabetic wounds by regulating stem cell vesicle transport has not been clarified,it is closely related to angiogenesis,inflammatory response and autophagy.Therefore,further study on the role and mechanism of Rab protein in diabetic wound repair is of great significance for stem cell treatment of diabetic wounds in the future.
