摘 要:纳米生物传感器是一种可进行多通路复用分析且检测速度快、功耗小、成本低的微型便携式高性能检测设备,适用于床旁检验(POCT)。目前各具优点的不同类型纳米生物传感器已逐渐被针对性开发应用于多种疾病(如癌症、糖尿病、获得性免疫缺陷综合征、血吸虫病、新型冠状病毒肺炎)的POCT以辅助临床早期诊断,但其检测样本类型多为血液样本,为满足更多疾病的早期诊断和多角度分析需求,未来将会研发适用于更多种类体液中微量生物标志物检测的纳米生物传感器。纳米生物传感器的复合优点能够很好地弥补传统POCT设备的不足,其将提升POCT的质量,为检验医学更好地辅助临床快速早期诊断疾病提供一定帮助。Nanobiosensor is a portable high-performance detection device which can carry out multi-channel and multiplexing analysis,with rapid detection,low power consumption and low cost,which is very suitable for application in point-of-care testing(POCT).Nowadays,different types of nanobiosensors have been gradually developed and applied to POCT for a variety of diseases(such as cancer,diabetes,acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,schistosomiasis,novel coronavirus pneumonia)to meet with the early clinical diagnosis,but the detection of nanobiosensors mostly points to blood samples.In order to satisfy the needs of early diagnosis and multi-angle analysis of more diseases,nanobiosensors suitable for the detection of trace biomarkers in more kinds of body fluids will be developed in the future.The composite advantages of nanobiosensors can conquer for the shortcomings of traditional POCT equipment,which will improve the quality of POCT and provide significant help for laboratory medicine to better assist the rapid and early clinical diagnosis.
