摘　　要：目的分析针刺联合刺血拔罐法治疗痤疮后色素沉着的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月至2022年1月北京中医药大学东直门医院针灸科门诊收治的64例面部痤疮后色素沉着患者作为研究对象,采用单盲法按照随机数字表法以1∶1的比例随机分为对照组和试验组,各32例。其中,对照组采用针刺法进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上联合刺血拔罐法进行治疗,共治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的IPP电子评分、量表评分、自我评分。结果治疗后,两组的IPP电子评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),且试验组的IPP电子评分明显低于对照组[(2.5±1.6)分比(3.4±1.5)分](P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的量表评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),且试验组的量表评分明显低于对照组[(6.2±3.5)分比(8.5±5.0)分](P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的自我评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),且试验组的自我评分明显低于对照组[(3.94±1.52)分比(5.00±1.38)分](P<0.01)。结论针刺联合刺血拔罐法治疗痤疮后色素沉着显著有效,且优于单纯针刺治疗,能够有效缩小、减淡色素沉着。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping on pigmentation after acne.Methods A total of 64 patients with facial pigmentation after acne,who were treated in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from Sep.2018 to Jan.2022,were included.Single blind method was used to randomly divided the patients into a control group and a test group with a ratio of 1∶1 by random number table method,32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the test group was treated with blood pricking and cupping on the basis of the control group′s regimen,for a total of 4 weeks.The IPP electronic scores,scale scores and self-rating scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the IPP electronic scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the score in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.5±1.6 vs 3.4±1.5)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scale scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.2±3.5 vs 8.5±5.0)(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-rating scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.94±1.52 vs 5.00±1.38)(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with blood pricking and cupping is significantly effective in the treatment of pigmentation after acne,which is superior to acupuncture alone and can effectively reduce and lighten pigmentation.
