摘　　要：叉头框转录因子(Fox)O家族是Fox家族的重要成员,在细胞增殖、代谢、凋亡、氧化应激等方面具有重要作用,近年来备受关注。FoxO家族可在多种病理生理因素作用下调控心血管系统的生物学特性,其中FoxO1、FoxO3a和FoxO4是维持心脏功能和调节心脏应激所必需的转录因子,调控这些转录因子可直接影响心血管疾病的结局。但目前FoxO家族成员在心血管疾病中的作用机制尚未完全阐明,未来深入研究各成员在心血管疾病中的作用,可以为心血管疾病的治疗和预防提供新方向。The forkhead box(Fox)O family is an important member of the Fox family that has received much attention in recent years for its important roles in cell proliferation,metabolism,apoptosis,oxidative stress.The FoxO family regulates the biological properties of the cardiovascular system in response to a variety of pathophysiological factors,among which FoxO1,FoxO3a,and FoxO4 are essential for maintaining cardiac function and regulating cardiac stress,and regulation of these transcription factors may directly affect the cardiovascular disease outcomes.However,the mechanisms of action of the FoxO family members in cardiovascular diseases have not been fully elucidated yet,and an in-depth study of the action of each member is expected to provide new directions for the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
