摘　　要：银屑病的皮疹暗红、浸润、鳞屑肥厚,病程久,医治难,影响患者的精神和心理及其生活质量。西医治疗银屑病虽取得一定进展,但长期治疗后会有不良反应大,且易复发等缺点。火针是常用的中医外治法之一,其治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效明显、安全性强,具有“简、便、廉”等特点,在临床应用中具有良好的发展前景。但目前关于火针治疗银屑病的作用机制研究仍较少,缺乏统一规范的诊疗标准,未来仍需要大量高质量的临床试验来不断完善火针的作用机制和诊疗规范,以使其更好地应用于银屑病的治疗。Psoriasis is featured with dark red rash,infiltration,scaly hypertrophy,long course of disease,and is difficult to treat,which affects the spirit,psychology and quality of life of patients.Although some progress has been made in the treatment of psoriasis with western medicine,but after long-term treatment,there will be adverse reactions,and esay to relapse and other shortcomings.Fire needle is one of the commonly used external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine,which has obvious efficacy,strong safety,and is characterized by"simplicity,convenience and cheapness"in the clinical treatment of plaque psoriasis,thus has a good prospect in clinical application.However,there is still little research on the mechanism of action of fire needle in the treatment of psoriasis,and there is a lack of unified and standardized diagnostic and therapeutic standards.In the future,a large number of high-quality clinical trials are still needed to constantly improve the research on the mechanism of action and diagnostic and therapeutic standards of fire needle,so that it can be better used in the clinical treatment of psoriasis.
