安宫牛黄丸的药理及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：安宫牛黄丸具有清热开窍、豁痰解毒的功效,用于热邪内陷入心包、高热烦躁、神昏谵语、口干舌燥等温热病证候,主要治疗急性脑出血、脑缺血、脑梗死、脓毒症、中风昏迷、小儿惊厥、败血症等疾病,是一种急救中药药品。该药能够帮助急性脑出血、脑缺血、脑梗死、脓毒症患者减轻脑水肿,抑制脑出血后的炎症反应,减少脑梗死体积,改善中枢神经细胞的损害和凝血功能,降低神经功能评分,减少不良反应发生,提高治疗的总有效率,临床疗效显著。为了能够安全合理使用安宫牛黄丸,未来需进一步研究其副作用和使用禁忌。Angong Niuhuang pill has the functions of clearing heat and opening the orifices,removing phlegm and detoxifying.It is used for heat pathogens trapped in the pericardium,high fever,irritability,dizziness,delirium,dry mouth and other warm-heat syndromes.It is mainly used for the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral ischemia,cerebral infarction,sepsis,stroke and coma,pediatric convulsion,septicemia and other diseases,and it is a kind of first aid Chinese medicine.The drug can help the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral ischemia,cerebral infarction,and sepsis to reduce cerebral edema,inhibit the inflammatory response after cerebral hemorrhage,reduce the volume of cerebral infarction,and improve the nerve cell damage and coagulation function of central nervous system,reducing the neurological function score,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions and improving the total effective rate of treatment,with a significant clinical effect.In order to use Angong Niuhuang pill safely and reasonably,further research on its side effects and contradictions is needed in the future.
