化痰逐瘀法治疗心脑血管疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：化痰逐瘀法以中医理论为指导原则,主要治疗痰瘀阻滞型心脑血管疾病,为中医特色治法之一。近年来,随着心脑血管疾病发病率逐年增加,人们对其治疗机制进行深入研究发现,化痰逐瘀法对单纯西医治疗效果不明显的心绞痛、高血压、中风、痴呆、癫痫等心脑血管疾病有独特的治疗优势和显著的治疗作用,可以提高治愈率并有效改善患者生活质量。未来深入研究探索化痰逐瘀法对心脑血管疾病的作用机制,能够有效提高临床疗效、减轻医药负担。The method of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis takes the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as the guiding principle,mainly treats the cardio-cerebrovascular diseases of phlegm and blood stasis block,which is one of the characteristic methods of TCM.In recent years,with incidence of cardio-cerebrovascular disease increasing year by year,the in-depth study on the treatment mechanism has found that,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis has unique advantages and significant treatment effect for angina,hypertension,stroke,dementia,epilepsy and other disease of heart head blood-vessel,for which western medicine doesn′t have obvious effect,and can improve the cure rate and effectively improve the patients′quality of life.In the future,further research and exploration of the mechanism of action of the method of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis on cardio-cerebrovascular diseases can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the medical burden.
